2) Yogurt

yogurt contains 10-20% of the daily requirement of vitamin D, the best choice of milk is cow’s milk, it is highly nutritious and most easily digested. Yogurt can be eaten plain or added to salads or any other vegetables and nuts. A small bowl of curd or raita and a glass of buttermilk must be a part of your lunch.

Soya is high in protein but soya milk and other soya products like tofu are high in vitamin d, it has about 25% of the daily value in vitamin D and should be included in your meals, this would prevent bone wasting or cavities, a glass of soya milk can be added to your daily diet.

When exposed to sunlight, mushrooms such as mistake, morelle shitake, oyster, and shitake produce natural vitamin D in the same way that we do when exposed to sunlight.
